Row Numbers: Set Column Width? Set Starting Number?

Hello, all.

I'm using an XML AW.UI.Grid Virtual Table (w/AJAX). I have noticed 2 issues with row numbers:

1) Due to the default size of the row number column, any number over 99 shows as "...". How can I set the row number column's width to accomdate numbers over 99?

2) My row numbers are starting at "0". Can I default this to start at "1" without having to define the entire rowIndices ("1", "2", "3"...)?
