I think that there is a (small) bug in the grid. Probably been there for a while.
If I have a grid that has a height of 207px, this appears to be just the right size (assuming default fonts etc) to display 10 rows. If I have exactly 10 rows of data, then the vertical scrollbar disappears ok, but the yellow background rectangle behind the scrollbar remains.
By contrast, if I have less than 10 rows of data, there is neither the scrollbar nor yellow rectangle, and the background colours for the rows extend all the way to the right side of the grid.

I noticed this as well - background color bleeds through next to the scroll bar.
Basically the scroll bar must have some padding or margin which won't let the last column "touch" against the scroll bar. So you see this color peaking out.
