set link after load of xml table in a grid

Hi

Is there a simple way after you load a xml table in a grid to set a link in one of the columns.

All i see in the forums is ways to set a link either by putting the link in the xml directly or make a clickable column. There must be a way to just add a link object to grid after you load a xml table?
