Footer row(s)

Has anyone been able to successfully implement a footer row? I have copied the header, however, the individual columns are not showing up and the position is off.

Any help or pointers would be appreciated!

Footer row and fixed left columns will be part of the next major release. Unfortunately I cannot offer any solution for now.
