On Scrolling the check box resets

I am currently using an active widget on one of my applications but I have a small problem. I have records in there as well as as checkboxes. As soon as i scroll using the scrollbars, all my selected checkboxes lose their values.Maybe because it reloads each time. Is there anyone who might have a solution for this.

Yes, you have to store the checkbox values outside of the html as it is re-created when you sort the grid or scroll up/down.
