How to use setTopTemplate?
There is a setTopTemplate method in AW.Grid.Extended, but what's its usage? there seems to have no sample on this in the documentation part of this site. Could anyone share some sample?

top/bottom templates in the extended grid contain the list of header/footer rows and implemented with AW.Templates.List class.
The standard AW.UI.Grid class does not contain them as it can display only one header or footer row.
