Grid in php retreiving values, need to fill 10 lines with blank info.

I have a grid, retreiving a "phonebook" as such from a mySql table, only problem is, i need it to show 10 lines, and if it retrevies less than 10 numbers, it must fill the rest with blank info.

Can someone PLEASE help?!?
