Read grid-row to a PHP variable

I'm trying to load a siglie row (or multiple selection of rows) into a PHP array, i read here around but i coludnt have enough info...
There're no example of interaction with PHP reading datas...
Put datas into a grid was very simple.. thanks for helping!!
