Installing ActiveWidgets in Apache Tomcat 5.5

I unzipped 'activewidgets-2.0.2-trial.zip' at "C:\Program Files\Apache Software Foundation\Tomcat 5.5"

Also, I tried copying unzipped folder "ActiveWidgets" at "C:\Program Files\Apache Software Foundation\Tomcat 5.5\webapps\test" which is my web application.

Things are is not working out. Please suggest the correct way of installing.
