Error when deleting records with # or & from grid

Getting error when using:
dataGrid.deleteRow(dataGrid.getCurrentRow());

Error message: data[...] is null or not an object.

Error appears most of the time and yet sometimes, does not occur.

Sorry, so far I was not able to reproduce this.
