How to load Text & Value from XML?

G'day there.

First of all, I'd like to say this widget is a work of art.

Up until now, I've been using javascript to load my records, which is all good and well except there are 255 of them.

Basicly I need to have
Field: IPAddress
Text: 192.168.1.1
Value: 3232235777

I have 2 fields like this, is there any way to load it from xml?
