Checkbox Handling at the Grid.

When I using checkbox from Grid control,
How can I use below function,

[Check All] / [Uncheck All]
----------------------------------------------------------
¤± checkbox1
----------------------------------------------------------
¤± checkbox2
----------------------------------------------------------
¤± checkbox3
----------------------------------------------------------

When I click the "Check All", All checkbox will be checked.
When I click the "Uncheck All", All checkbox will be unchecked.

Please let me know, How can I do that.
This is urgent to me...
