Any example using Popup?

I am trying to popup an small but rich and editable HTML content on a click of the grid control. Are there any examples that I can refer to?

I would not recommend using AW.Templates.Popup - the current implementation uses IE createPopup() method and this one is very complicated to manage. I would rather suggest using a simple floating DIV element.
