Ajax With Grid

Hi,
Is it possible to update the GRID (table) using ajax?

I have to update the table after some time intervals. so how to integrate the Grid with Ajax ?

please give me some suggestion how to do it.

Yes, Ive done this.

Just set a counter on your ajax function to refresh the grid.
