Row reordering

Is it possible to implement row reordering via any means in ActiveWidget grids. Possible ways: Drag and drop, editable row indicies, a column with an up/down arrow icon to move up 1 or down by 1, etc...

Also whenever I set grid.setFixedLeft(2) it works, but my grid.setFixedRight(1) it is always inlined as width:0; display:none;

Am I doing something wrong or do I need to call something to display it?

My grid is initialized with grid.refresh()
