i have downloaded it 7 times.

and it seems fine.

so what do i do next.
i have looked for instructions
there is a tutorial.
which i do not understand what to do.

Well, you could try reading it?

but like I suggested, hire a professional to rather do this for you, rather than you have to worry about figuring these things out

The grid is really pretty simple. If you can not figure things out from the tutorial, maybe its a good idea to see if you can pay someone to figure things out for you.
