Help Me, Edit, Update and SAVE to db

hi, im sorry, i've read some comments or solutions in forum about how to edit update and save, but i got more2 error because the comments just give a comments step by step..

would u give me a complete solution on how to edit a grid, than we can update it the editing value on grid.

please, give me a complete code, which is first, name of file, than how to execute...
