PHP-MySQL-XMLhttp-AWgrid

hi

i was thinking of how to fetch data from a mysql in an async using php and xmlhttp....
my problem is i have a very large data lets say minimum of 5k records.
i want to fetch the data async and display it in AWGrid

any idea...
