Getting cell text before edit

Hi everyone, great grid control and great support forum. Now to what brings me here.

Is there an event that gets fired just before a cell is edited? I mean before the user changes anything. I need to set that text to a temporary variable in case the user enters some invalid text (which I will validate in the onCellValueChanged event), and I want to restore the original text.
