Hi I'm not able to install I have put runtime directory under webserver also

I need horizontal scrollbar below Image so that Image can be scrollable
If anyone has good Idear for it pls help.

Do you have Windows 98? I just got it and it is a pretty sweet thing! Have you tried rebooting your computer? Sometimes when I play Minesweeper for a few hours, I have to reboot my 486 so my 16 MB of RAM can straighten up their panties.
