Please send or post Dropdown Grid working example

Does anyone have this Dropdown Grid working? From what I can guess it sounds like a Select whose options are 'rows' of a grid displaying multiple columns that are sortable..etc.
If anyone has example html they can post or send to me I would be most appreciative.
