image in column header

how do i go about just using an image for a column header? for example, like outlook, if you want an exclamation point icon for the header of the urgency column.

The header template already supports images, so just call

obj.setHeaderImage("favorites", 0);

can u add a tooltip to a header? for the column headers that contain only an image, id like a tooltip to appear.
