Floating grid during scroll..The grid is inside a usercontrl

Hi All,
I am experiencing a problem with the grid. I placed the grid in a div..The said div is inside a usercontrol(.ascx file of .net)..when i scrolled down the usercontrol that contains the grid, the grid is floating, it doesn't scroll down together with the control that contains it. It really looks awkward.. can anyone help me with this one..thanks - israel
