Budget License or Monthly Installments?

At the moment I am using 1.x and I really liked 2 when I used the trial however 400 for a young freelancer such as myself is extremely high. I would be happy to pay for the software in maybe a monthly 100 installment or somethin that is as small so that it better fits my budget. Is this something you guys would consider or no?
