Change value without refresh all grid

I want to change a value of cell but I don't want to refresh all grid, is possible refer only one row and refreshs.

I use edit cells with template and i can change this value but I have to do some recalculations on others colums of this row and if I want to show this changes the solution that I find is refresh all grid (sometimes is slowly)
