what's a content?

could you give out a list of content? I just can't find any hint what it should be.

There is no predefined list of content elements - you can use any name ([a-z] chars only). If you assign some html with setContent("myName", ...) then you can get it back with getContent("myName");

So this is just like a data holder privatedly to that control, so that you can use it to do whatever you want.
