how do I ensure column headers appear on every page when printing??

greetings everybody,

I have two issues:
First, I need to ensure that column headers appear on every page when printing from the grid.
secondly, suppose I have a fixed column that is always visible when scrolling from left to right. how can I also ensure that this column is always printed for instance when I have a very wide grid? (with many columns).
