typo: AW.Grid.Extended

Apparently there is a type or an undocumented interface change:

AW.Extended.Grid as mentioned above does not seem to exist, but AW.Grid.Extended does.

I'm looking at the trial download of 2.0.1

Sorry for this - it was a typo in the docs, corrected now.
