Printing to a payslip form

Can anyone tell me how to print to a payslip/pay advice form for an employee using dot matrix printer?

Yes this can be done. I suggest however you contact your company's technician to setup the correct drivers for you so that you're able to print their payslip/pay advice to the dot matrix printer.

Otherwise, you can always just google the model number of your dot matrix printer and find the relevant drivers yourself. Websites with these drivers on are usually accompanied by simple to follow instructions, however, if you're really not clued up with computers, most won't mention that the printer cable needs to be plugged into the computer. So check that if nothing wants to print.

I also may suggest groups.google.com for an excellent resource of people who might have experienced similar problems as you might have been.

Oh, I forgot to mention, if you have done everything mentioned in my post, have you tried pressing the print button? And checking that the printer has ink and paper?

Don't want to make you feel like a "dumb user" but sometimes I find myself overlooking the simplest things.
