Grid control is taking back

I have Grid with Contain 70 Records,In the 2nd Cloumn there are Checkbox, In Screen 1-16 records Shown,to See more record i have to Scroll down, My Problem is that when Click on check box next to any record after 16th record, control is taking back to screen displaying records 1 thru 16.
Can u tell me Solution

Could you make a small example which shows this issue?
