Alex - help -action link in grid

Ive been looking into this issue for a while but couldnt find anything in the forum search. I am integrating the grid with struts. I need the first column to be a link with which i can call an action with the value of the column as a parameter and another contant value. I have tried a lot but i couldnt make it work. Also is there a way to give relative path in the link.
