Issue with checkboxes in 2.0.2 IE6

Top o' the mornin', all!

We upgraded to 2.0.2 for our webapp yesterday at the recommendation of Alex. This solved one issue we were seeing, but it has created another issue (not nearly as bad).

When a checkbox is checked, it appears to move around its location a bit. Usually it is only a couple of pixles, but sometimes it goes way to the top of the box (http://img443.imageshack.us/my.php?image=newissuell8.jpg).

Anyone else experienced this?

Cheers!

Justin,

could you make a small example which allows to reproduce this issue? From the picture I cannot guess what it can be.

I have traced it back to a change in AW.System.HTML.create=function(){...} in the new version. Any Idea what changes to this might have spurred this defect?

As for an examples...it happens to any checkbox in a AW.Templates.Checkbox field in a table. they just shift all over the place whenever clicked.

If I copy the one (very long -- entire functions) line of code mentioned in the first paragraph from the built aw.js from 2.0.1 to the 2.0.2, this error dissappears. Any thoughts?

Would simply copying this line be a decent workaround, or does it fix something vital?

Thanks!

Oh jesus sorry, that was a typo...

The error has been traced back to
AW.System.Control.create=function(){...}

I cannot reproduce this issue. It might be a conflict with something else on your page because I don't see it with the standard AW files. So any example would be helpful.

I am fairly sure that it was a compatibility issue with our terrible version of IE6 (SP1!). It is also a customized version used in our company. If you thought IE was not-W3C complient already...wait till you see this version.
