How to disable scroll bar on control tabs

Is it possible to disable scroll bars on control tab area ? I've changed all overflow values on the css file with no use , also placing overflow to hidden on the main page will disable the main page scroll bars not from inside the tabs

Can you explain what you mean by 'control tab area'?
