Scrollbar positioning

Is there a way to position the horizontal scrollbar of the grid on the top of the grid as opposed to the bottom?

I've been kinda looking for this type of thing to except I want to move the scrollbar on the right side to the left side, cause my client is requesting it.

It is not possible to change the placement of the built-in scrollbars this way. However you can synchronize the external scrollbar using its onscroll event and onScrollTopChanged, onScrollHeightChanged grid events.
