Grid in Grid -horizontal scroll bar not working in child grid

I am using grid in grid. In inner grid, I am facing problem in horizontal scroll bar. It was disable all the time but when i drag any parent grid column. Horizontal scroll bar appears in both grid. What should i do to solve it?

Put the second grid outside the first one, either below (like 'master-detail') or on top (like floating 'popup').
