Nested grid which have alternate colour overlap vertical scrollbar

Hi All,

I have a problem inside the nested grid,I have vertical scroll bar which is behaving like a transparent scroll so that data and grid colour overlaping the vertical scroll bar.
please try to find a solution for this.
