Missing grid body in IE7 started when upgraded to 2.51

This link displays a grid in firefox no problem, but IE 7, it comes up empty (I have headings, but not rows) most of the time. If I display other grid pages and then come back, it shows. I have tried stepping the code and the gris is actually filles and then refreshed, but it does not show.

I am thinking I must have done something as other pages work fine but I am at a loss to figure out what stupid thing I did.
