Draggable Popup

Does anybody has an example of a draggable popup using version 2.5.1?
I am lookink for something like a doubleclick in a cell opens a draggable popup where I can put form elements

Nobody knows? (or am I being ignored?) :-(

Also I remember me doing a .js file from that sample and aplying the class to a div placed on top panel 'layout' of a v 2.0beta grid ( just to obtain a window-like movable grid). but I couldn't find it right now.

Another option I tested is a windowed widget at dynamicdrive , but found it too slow.
