#ERR in date format for 24 hour count

Hi,

My date is 24 hour format and i can not find fund any date format for 24 hour date format and if i use "dd-mmm-yyyy HH:mm:ss" format then #ERR is displayed for the dates whose hour count is greater than 12.
Can anybody pls tell me the correct format for 24 hour count.

Maybe you need to use ISO8601 or RFC822. Otherwise the javascript parses the date according to the local machine settings.
