Unable to hide grid header

When trying to hide the activewidget grid, the grid hides but the header row remains visible.

The grid is contained in a division with a z-index of 10.

Using a CSS the division is commanded to be hidden.

Everything hides, except the grid's header.

The header remains visible on top of the web page, which, of course, is unacceptable.

How do I get the grid header to hide?

Are you using ActiveWidgets 2.0.0?
Are you hiding the div with visibility:hidden rule?

If yes, then this is a bug in AW 2.0.0 which was fixed in AW 2.0.1 - you should upgrade to 2.0.1 or any later version.
