TAb key navigation moves only cells,Header remains static

Now the header information remains static and cell only move.So an user will not know under what head he is entering the value!!

By default pressing the tab key will move focus out of the grid to the next control. If you insert your own controls into the grid cells you should exclude them from the tab sequence.

How should i exclude the control from tab seqence
