select all rows in Grid

Hi

i am able to select all the rows in the grid

but i have two problems

1. if i click outside the grid /or inside the grid is not deselcting
2. if i press ctrl+click(mouse) then it deselects but when i go to next page of the grid(Pagination is implemented) it shows deselected items in the next page as in previous page.
