Insert Data from Excel to SQL Database

Hi,

Can anyone help on this??
I want to read the content of an excel sheet which is having some 30 columns and 200 rows using Javascript and then insert the Data Row wise to the SQL database table.

Consider performance as one of the major constraints so code should be efficient...

i have the same problem but can not solve till now.
