2.5.3 Bug when subclassing objects .....

var X = new AW.UI.Button.subclass();

Message: is "object does NOT accept this action"
... or something similar.

The only object that seems to allow subclass is the standard Grid ( but not the extended).

The two examples on these pages subclass controls and objects -
/aw.system.control/definetemplate.html
/aw.system.object/init.html
although the examples are with 2.0. Might be worthwhile copying them and trying with 2.5.3 to confirm.

Sorry, It was Not an AW issue, but a malware-browser I couldn't identify yet.
A spy cleanup solved it, but just wondering what kind of "intruder" is able to cause this type of malfunction ( as it's not the first time ).
Anyway decided to test on a freezed win installation to avoid more....

What sort of browser were you using? If its IE, could be some ActiveX code. Or a plug-in.
