issue with chechbox in header

I have created a column with checkbox in header.Selecting/deselecting the checkbox happens only when the mouse pointer is on little left side of the checkbox.It does not happen when i click exactly over checkbox.
For checkboxs in the grid cell everything works fine.The issue is seen only with checkbox in header.
Any help????
