How to align to the decimal point?

I need to align data in a certain column in my grid to the decimal point, where data in each row has has its own precisions for example:

8.5
9.251
111.1

should be aligned like this:
8.5
9.251
111.1

Can anyone help please?

apparently i can not adjust the alignment here too. but i need all decimal points to be aligned.
