How to add an Image to a cell dynamically

How can we add images to a cell (when the names are not known) dynamically based on the data.
I need to add an image to the first column along with some text based on the value of the fifth column. The text in the fifth column will be the name of the image.

I tried things mentioned in the documentation, but nothing seems to work. I am using version 2.5.1. Can you guys help me with this.
