IE7 Grid created successfully with records but not displayed when removed XMLHTTP support

In IE7 from security disabling XMLHTTP support, but keepign ACTIVEX enabled from intranet security setting does not display the gird records on client browser ( debugging shows the gird has been created successfully at client layer and contains the records as well). If we check the XMLHTTP support in IE 7 it works perfectly fine.

I cannot reproduce this. If I just clear 'Enable native XMLHTTP support' option then everything still works fine. Could you provide more details? Which windows and AW versions are you using? Is it visible only in your code or standard examples as well?
