Label to Input

I am evaluating AW and would like to know what the easiest way to transform an AW.UI.Label to an AW.UI.Text.

What I have is a requirement to display various fields on the screen and, based on the specific label and logged in user, have a double click event that changes the label to an editable text so the user can make changes. Upon leaving the Input text, save the change to the DB, reload it and redisplay the label.

What woudl be the easiest way to do this using AW?

Exactly like an editable cell in a grid, only this text is not in a grid...it is an AW.UI.Label.
