How to set selected cell background color when using alternate rows

Hi
Since setting the css to set alternate rows backgrounds (for v 2.5.5) I no longer see my selected cell background color when the row is selected.

How can I set this in the css?

.aw-rows-selected .aw-grid-cell {color:highlighttext!important; background:highlight!important;}
